All Clients:A$100 nonrefundabledeposit is required at time of booking in order to schedule a holiday reservation over Memorial Day weekend, July Fourth, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. A$50 nonrefundabledeposit is required at time of booking in order to schedule a holiday reservation over Easter or New Year's. This includes 5 days prior and 5 days after the calendar holiday. Due to high demand and limited availability, this deposit isnonrefundableand unable to be applied to the account as a credit. We do not issue refunds. Once the reservation is booked and the deposit is made, you are locked into the dates schedule and responsible for payment of ALL days reserved. You may extend your reservation with no penalty, as space permits.
New Client: A deposit equal to a one night stay is required in order to schedule your reservation. If your reservation is canceled less than 48 hours from your check-in date your deposit becomesnon-refundable.Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to your account as a credit. We do not issue refunds. Established Client: We do not require a deposit, however, If your reservation is canceled less than 48 hours from your check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay will be applied to your account and is due before any other reservations can be booked.
